Effective October 2026. This policy explains what information we collect through grumpyduck.coffee and our kiosks, and how we use it.
Who we are
"Grumpy Duck Coffee", "we" and "us" refer to SWEET AID LLC, which manufactures and sells Grumpy Duck kiosks, and GD Coffee FL LLC, which operates Grumpy Duck kiosks at host locations. Both companies are based in Florida, USA.
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this website (a kiosk request, a purchase inquiry or feedback from a kiosk QR code), we receive what you enter: for example your name, company, email, phone number, city, the kiosk location and your message. Most fields are optional; we only need a way to reply if you want a reply.
How we use it
- To reply to your request or feedback
- To prepare a site check, a quote or terms you asked for
- To fix problems with a kiosk and improve our drinks and service
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a few trusted providers to run this website. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- hCaptcha checks that form submissions come from people, not bots. It may collect technical data about your browser for that purpose.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Payments at the kiosk
Card payments at our kiosks are processed by our payment providers (Televend and Elavon). The terminal runs on its own cellular connection. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions in our email for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us. Send us a request through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
